Happy May Day at Beltane!

Today, May 1, 2025 Gc, we celebrate May Day at Beltane, the halfway point (six-and-a-half weeks) between the March Equinox & the June Solstice. ✨

On the EartHeaven calendar (EHc), Wednesday (15 May | 10♣, in Week 7 | 7) marks this annual astronomical solar event as the first Cross-Quarter Day of the current Solar Year, coincident to the ancient celebration of Beltane (in the Northern Hemisphere) — a reminder that signs of Spring are all around, and Summer is in the offing. 🌼

Traditions around the world include: Lighting Bonfires as a symbol of purification and protection; Decorating with Flowers to symbolize the beginning of the growing season; Dancing around a May Pole to honor unity and community; and Celebrating the Union of Masculine and Feminine Energies (the planets Venus, representing the feminine, and Mercury, representing the masculine converge in Week 7 on the EHc). ✨
